Philip is a Senior Lawyer and a Notary Public. He is also a past President of the Gold Coast Law Association and co-founder with the Dean of Law of Bond University of the Gold Coast Community Legal Advice Centre.

He was the founding director of the Mudgeeraba Rotary Club, a founder of Emmanuel College at Carrara and the School Board Chairman of Kings Christian College at Reedy Creek for 8 years. Both Colleges are outstanding successes in their own right.

Amanda Tomlinson

Amanda was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia after graduating with Honours in a combined degree of Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business. Since her admission, Amanda has practiced primarily in the areas of Family and De Facto Law, Wills and Succession Law and Civil Litigation.
